Adrienne has dedicated her career to building global teams, developing innovative solutions and planning employee-focused programs to crystallize strategic vision into executable business objectives. Her passion of connecting people comes alive when developing and then executing experiential events whether they are performance-based incentive programs, strategy developing workshops or leadership development conferences.
Prior to joining the ME Team, Adrienne thrived as a Product Manager at Institutional Shareholder Services and then SNL Financial before she held an executive role at S&P Global Market Intelligence where she led various teams to develop employee-focused programs and deliver over 300 internal events annually. The evolution of these roles has enabled her to acutely diagnosis client objectives then develop and execute detailed plans on time and under budget.
Adrienne earned a masters in business administration (MBA), is a certified lean facilitator and Pragmatic Marketing Managment Alumni, certified in Smartsheet and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
